Her character Gina, whom I love.

The colors are NOT traditional media... they were with photoshop, but didn't take half as long as it took me to labor over the pencil drawing, which I feel is the focus. Her HAIR... took me ages. I would've attempted to do the colors with watercolor had I actually HAD some watercolors. Need to get some of those. ;___; So instead I opted for trying to watercolor in photoshop.

Loving working with paper again. It's breaking me out of my comfort zone that is digital work, and forcing me to think with a different part of my brain. I'm getting different looking works because of it. I like that.

Ahhhh oh my god oh my god oh my god D: D: I... I don't know what to say beyond that. This is so gorgeous. I keep scrolling back up and STARING AT IT and then trying to come back down here and type something and my brain's not really functioning at doing that so well. It keeps just going oh god look how pretty her legs are or look how flowy and gorgeous her hair is or look at all those cute little accessories and then I just babble gibberish and the cats look at me like I've gone utterly MAD.

OMG I love the boots. *boot fetish* The diamonds in the bg are really cool too and... and.. gah, I don't know, I love everything about this picture. Kudos to rurouni-lu for such an awesome char. :D

Gorgeous. It really does look like watercolour (her boots especially). The paper texture is the original, or was it added digitally? Either case it's a great touch, contributes to making the drawing less digital. I envy your skills... sigh. ;)

Love the hair and the boots. The textures are beautiful; especially in the hair.

The colors, as usual are fantastic.
