Scraps

I put this in traditional art coz for once I actually drew something with a pencil. LE GASP. But just the sketch was too minimal I thought, so I did a bit of dressing it up in Photoshop. Didn't like it enough to completely paint it, but I wanted to share it.

I'll throw it in Scraps tomorrow.

This is Kalle. My smarmy, cocky, assassin. I'd write more on him but I am sleepy and wish to collapse in blankets and pillows. Perhaps I'll talk more about him when I actually upload a decent drawing of him.

Drawing title is from an awesome Squirrel Nut Zippers song, and I thought it suited him.

DX SEPIA!!!!

Ah man, sorry. I'm just a total sucker for sepia-colored tones X3;;

First off, the positioning is awesome! Great use of space; I love how his body in mainly on the left side, but it's balanced by having his arms in the center

This outfit just roks too! The sideways-but-if-you-look-at-it-from-this-angle belt is cute, and the stiches throughout his outfit just kickass. Love the hands (and the weapons! XD) and Kalle's expression really fits in the "cocky" category!

Love the work, looks like it's something straight out of a player's handbook or some other role playing book. Very clean, if I ever need an artist to go into business with related to character design (or role-playing) I know where to look.
