UPDATE: IT'S FIXED NOW YAYAY!! <3 Thanks all so much. Ok, Photoshop is doin' something really lame. And I'm sure it's my fault. I fudge with the color profile of my monitor this weekend trying to get a dual screen system to work, but ended up not keeping it, and put all my settings back to normal (or so I thought).
I've been working in Photoshop and kinda noticed my color palette was a bit duller than usual, but I sorda brushed it off and chocked it up to my eyes being funny (HAH). But it turns out I WAS RIGHT. When I save for web, it picks up its usual perky and bright colors. Except since I was trying to make up for the dullness in the first place, it's even more gay and rainbowtastic than I intended (which is not always bad).

STILL, I'd kinda like to be able to see the colors I put down be the colors that people will be seeing in the end.
Someone please help me, I am a color profile retard. 8 ^8 What do I need to do??

To cure it, I took (multiple) screenshots of parts of the image in the size I wanted to save for web use and pieced them together. Screenshots on a mac were doing something that was '
When I wanted the reverse of this, I'd screenshot the image that didn't have a color problem and use the 'save for web' function and it would give me the exact color pallate I was working with in the program.
I'm not sure if it works for all computers or PC screenshots, but its worth a try
