Checkmate

This is about a year old, but I still like it. Drawn for the characters and rapid EI I made for Gaia Online, Checkmate. The Black King and White Queen!

I've always wanted to create a project or art book based off of chess, since I'm a huge nerd - so this was really fun for me. Even though the EI is long over, I still draw them a lot. T ^T They're too much fun.

I was inspired a lot by Vanillaware's art for this. Everything they make is so gorgeous...
